Use this window to view the results of the latest calculation process for the selected employee for the current pay period.

Each of the entries in the working file for the employee are used, with the payroll code definitions, to provide taxable, NI-able and pensionable gross pay values upon which the appropriate calculations can be made. Click Payroll Functions > Messages to review the detailed stages of the calculation process, to determine the rules employed by each process.

There are three tabs on the Summary window, which provide a view of the resulting values that result in the net pay value displayed on the Employee Summary tab. The National Insurance + Pensions tab shows the national insurance and pensions details, and the Statutory Payments tab is a summary of sick pay and child care payments.
