Adding an Image to a Portal Page
First, add the image to the document store in the main windows application.
System Setup > Housekeeping > Company Documents
- Click New
- Use the browser to select your image
- Click No in response to “Do you wish to make your document available to windows application users only?”
Log into the portal as a portal administrator and edit the page you wish to include the image in.
- Click the Image button
2. On the Image Info tab in URL enter:
<DOC_STORE_GEN>NAMEOFTHEIMAGE.jpg
3. On the Link tab in URL enter:
<DOC_STORE_GEN>NAMEOFTHEIMAGE.jpg
4. Click OK to save this and close the Image window
5. Click Save to save your changes to the portal page
