As the current situation surrounding Coronavirus (COVID-19) evolves daily we want to take this opportunity to update our customers on Jane Systems’ policy to ensure continuation of your support and services.
Should we be required to shut our offices to prevent spread of infection, Jane Systems has the means for the whole team to work remotely, supporting you via the same platforms you use to contact us when you require. Access to all business-critical software and services is available to our team remotely via either cloud-based systems, or shared drives, with all team members being provided with the necessary assessment, access and training to ensure they can continue to work uninterrupted.
The majority of our training sessions are webinar based but, should you have an onsite training day booked in the immediate future, and would like this delivered remotely, please contact a member of the project team who will discuss this with you on an individual basis.
We will continue to closely monitor and follow all advice provided by the UK government and currently have no plans to shut our office completely, but some staff may choose to work remotely at this time, which we are in support of. You can continue to contact the relevant members of the team, regardless of their working location, on all usual channels, such as email, Zendesk, Basecamp (if your project is still under implementation) or phone.
