Set Up Retirement Dates

Retirement Dates

To calculate an individual’s retirement date based on their date of birth and gender. These dates are calculated from the pension tables.

To import the pension tables select

Personnel > Functions > Utilities > Import Retirement Date Ranges

To update all employees with new retirement ages select Personnel > Functions > Utilities > Revise Retirement Dates.

You can also recalculate the retirement age for an individual within the HR Record > HR Record > Personal Details and HR Record > Payroll > Payroll Details window.

If the date of birth is before the start of the table entries then the retirement age will be defaulted to Male: 65 years and Female: 60 years.
