Each vacancy might require a different workflow. For example, a Head of Finance might be required to deliver a presentation.  An accountant might require two interviews, but an Accounts Department Administrator might only require one.

The following is an example of the stages of a vacancy workflow:

  • Agree post requirements
  • Advertise vacancy
  • Send application pack to applicants
  • Review applicants
  • Reject applicants
  • Invite candidates to interview
  • Offer vacancy to candidate
  • Fill vacancy

You can create stages by using Recruitment > Setup > Stage.

Stages can be used with Attach… to correspond with applicants, such as to send application packs to interested parties, or to invite sucessful candidates to interviews.
