Manually allocating holiday allowances to employees

Holiday allowances can be a be assigned to multiple employees by using the allocate holiday allowance wizard. This is used most often to long service holiday allocations or bank holiday allocations and should be run at the start of each holiday year. The Wizard is run though Personnel > Absence Function > Allocate Holiday Allowance.

 

Select the required holiday allowances to be assigned. This will look at the qualifying query attached to the holiday allowance to assign it to the individuals who satisfy the criteria. Click Next.

You will then need to specify an allocation start date which should be the start of the holiday year. Click Run to apply the holiday allowances.
